Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team and office staff have years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We are patient oriented and truly care for our patients. We take the time necessary to thoroughly educate our patients of their treatment options, details, and progress, and we are always available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
We strive to stay abreast of the latest in treatment and technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars, including courses on CPR, patient care, new products and techniques and professional development.

Daniel Palermo
DDS
Dr. Palermo was born and raised in Rochester, New York. He graduated from Gates-Chili High School in 1977 and SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1981. In 1987, he graduated from the New York University College of Dentistry, and a year later completed his General Practice Residency Program at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester. Dr. Palermo entered private practice in 1988.
Dr. Palermo believes in continuing his education and has amassed over 700 hours. For nine years, he also served as a clinical instructor at the Eastman Dental Center and in June of 2003, was honored with the Award for Excellence in Clinical Education. The doctor has also been associated with research at the EDC and has been published in the New York State Dental Journal. Dr. Palermo’s emphasis is on patient education, preventative, cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He also provides care with Invisalign, Lumineers, and dental implants.
The doctor is a member of the American Dental Association, the NYS Dental Society, the 7th District Dental Society, and the Monroe County Dental Society.
He and his wife, Jamie (Perticone), have three children: Alexander, Benjamin and Gregory, along with their family dog, Myah. They live in the town of Greece, where his children are active in Greece travel soccer (Greece Cobras and Greece Eclipse) as well as other various youth and school programs. Dr. Palermo is very active in youth soccer and has been coaching at the travel level (Cobras) and house levels for many years.
The doctor enjoys playing (over-40 men’s league) and coaching soccer. Hobbies include fishing, golf, skiing and reading.

Marc Malatesta
DDS, FAGD
Dr. Malatesta is a Rochester native and a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School. In 2000, he graduated from Le Moyne College with a BS in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Philosophy. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine in 2006. After completing an additional one year General Practice Residency at the Philadelphia Veterans Administration Medical Center, he returned to Rochester to pursue his passion for dentistry and to serve the community in which he lives.
The doctor believes that continuing education is an integral part of achieving uncompromising excellence in dentistry and is essential in providing the highest quality oral health care. Since graduating in 2006, he has earned over 1000 hours of continuing education in all phases of dentistry to include Invisalign, oral conscious sedation, and the use of oral soft-tissue lasers. His interest in dental implants has earned him the distinction of Fellow in the Misch International Implant Institute as well as Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Additionally, in 2016, he earned a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, of which only about 6% of all US and Canadian General Dentists aspire to achieve.
The doctor’s focus is comprehensive patient care, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and patient education. Dr. Malatesta is dedicated to your oral health and looks forward to helping you “Love Your Smile!”
Dr. Malatesta married his wife, Danielle, in February 2015. Together, they have four sons, Lorenzo, Santino, Vincenzo, and Antonio. In his spare time he enjoys spending quality time with his family, friends, and their dog, Gino. He also enjoys cars, CrossFit, music, sports, cooking, and reading.

Matthew Valerio
DDS
Dr. Matthew Valerio is a proud native of Rochester, NY where he grew up in the town of Chili.
A graduate of Gates-Chili High School, he went on to study jazz piano at the prestigious Eastman School of Music earning a Bachelor’s of Music while simultaneously attending the University of Rochester where he also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Dr. Valerio attended the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine graduating Cum Laude and went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Rochester General Hospital.
Dr. Matt brings with him a background in surgery, endodontic therapy, restorative, implant and operating room dentistry, as well as oral sedation. He also has experience treating patients with special-needs and medically compromised patients. Dr. Valerio is currently an attending dentist at Rochester General Hospital.
While in dental school, Dr. Valerio volunteered in impoverished, rural areas of the Dominican Republic providing comprehensive and emergent dental treatment to underserved communities. He is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Monroe county Dental Society, Seventh District Dental Society, and the International Dental Implant Association. In addition, he is an officer in the Saint Apollonian Dental Study Club and the Rochester Dental Study Club.
In his free time, Dr. Matt enjoys playing piano, exercising, Italian culture, and rooting for his favorite teams; the New York Yankees and the Syracuse Orange. Dr. Valerio and his wife, Dr. Barbora Valerio DDS, have 3 beautiful girls, Valentina, Adela, and Camila.

Peter Goodyear
DDS
Dr. Goodyear grew up in Penfield, NY and attended Ithaca College, where he graduated with honors. He then attended the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine for his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, graduating Cum Laude. From there, he completed a General Practice Residency at Rochester General Hospital.
Dr. Goodyear carries with him additional training in hospital dentistry, oral and IV sedation, special needs dentistry, and third molar extractions. His interests include cosmetic dentistry, implants, endodontics, and TMD/orofacial pain.
Enthusiastic to provide the most up to date care, Dr. Goodyear is highly involved in continuing education and is a member of the following organizations: the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Monroe County Dental Society, Seventh District Dental Society, and the Apollonian Dental Study Club.
Dr. Goodyear enjoys playing guitar, traveling, cooking and is an avid sports fan.

Michael Molisani
DDS, Orthodontist
ORTHODONTIST
Dr. Michael Molisani is a Rochester native and graduated from The Aquinas Institute of Rochester in 1999. From there he went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude with a BS degree in Biology from St. John Fisher College. In 2007, he graduated Summa Cum Laude receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Mike went on to complete his orthodontic training at Montefiore Medical Center at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City in 2011. As chief resident, he was exposed to a wide variety of complex cases including surgical and interdisciplinary restorative/orthodontic cases on patients of all ages.
Dr. Molisani’s passion for dentistry and orthodontics is obvious to anyone who speaks with him. He truly enjoys his patients, getting to know them as well as their families. Guidance from his mother Lynne, a dental hygienist, is what sparked an early interest in dentistry and it continues today. Dr. Mike is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists as well as the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists. He also serves on the board of the Rochester Dental Study Club with Dr. Marc Malatesta.
Dr. Mike married his wife, Mary Beth (Tramontana), in May of 2015. They reside in his native town of Greece, where they love spending time with their families and friends. Dr. Mike loves traveling, cooking with his wife, and is a foodie at heart.
As a huge sports fan, the doctor loves spending free time watching the New York Yankees, the Buffalo Bills, and Syracuse Basketball. He also likes golfing, attending concerts, and listening to music. He is very excited to be back home, working in and serving the community in which he was raised!

Alessandro Geminiani
DDS, MSC, MS Periodontist
Dr. Geminiani (pronounced Gem-in-nee-an-e) is a board-certified periodontist in Rochester NY. Dr. Geminiani is board-certified, holding the prestigious title of Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a recognized specialty of the American Dental Association. A periodontist is a dentist that specializes in the treatment of periodontal disease and the replacement of missing teeth with dental implants. Dr. Geminiani received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Siena (Italy) in 2004, summa cum laude. He then pursued a Master of Science in Fixed Prosthodontics and Prosthetic Dental Materials, graduating in 2006 with highest honors. During this 2-year residency Dr. Geminiani acquired advanced skills focusing on the replacement of missing teeth. He continued his education in the USA pursuing a 2-year Certificate in Advanced General Dentistry (2009), a Certificate in Periodontology (2012), and a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation (2012), at Eastman Dental Center, University of Rochester, Rochester, NY. Dr. Geminiani is a periodontist in Rochester NY. Dr Geminiani is a member of numerous scientific organizations. He participated in several clinical research projects investigating advanced treatment options for the patients that have lost their teeth due to periodontal disease or caries. His research has been published in the most prestigious dental scientific journals. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
Dr. Geminiani practices as a periodontist and dental implants surgeon in Rochester, NY. His practice focuses on bone grafts, gingival grafts, periodontal surgery and dental implants. Dr. Geminiani focuses his practice around three patient-centric values:

Gregory D. White
DDS Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Gregory D. White, DDS is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He is a Western New York native and is a proud member of the community. His goal as a practitioner is to provide every patient with the same care and respect he would for his own family. He is dedicated to being a lifelong learner as well as being an educator and stays current with new techniques and procedures to provide the best care for his patients. Dr. White always places emphasis on patient safety and does so by maintaining certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.
Dr. White grew up in Williamsville, New York and went on to graduate summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in biology from SUNY Geneseo. He studied dentistry at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine where he graduated first in his class. He continued with four years of surgical residency at the University of Cincinnati to obtain training in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He received advanced education on dentoalveolar surgery, implant surgery, pathology, orthognathic and cosmetic surgery, facial trauma and reconstruction, temporomandibular joint disorder diagnosis and treatment, as well as, the diagnosis and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. Throughout his studies, Dr. White has been the recipient of many awards and honors including the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. Dr. White is married and currently resides in Williamsville, NY.

Kaylee Pollitt
DMD
Dr. Pollitt is a native of Los Angeles, California. She attended the University of California, Berkeley where she majored in molecular and cell biology and minored in city and regional planning. Following her undergraduate education, she earned a Masters degree in Biomedical Sciences at Barry University in Miami, FL. She knew she wanted to be a dentist from a very young age, and her love for being able to combine science with helping people led her on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from LECOM School of Dental Medicine. After completing dental school, she went on to complete a 1 year advanced education residency in general dentistry at NYU Langone in Florida.
Dr. Pollitt practiced in Sarasota, FL for several years before making the move to Rochester. She provides comprehensive care in a gentle, accommodating, and compassionate manner with an emphasis on patient education. She enjoys building long term relationships with her patients to help them maintain their oral health and achieve the smile they want.
Dr. Pollitt is an active member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Monroe County Dental Society, Seventh District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and Spear Study Club.
Dr. Pollitt is excited to make this latest transition to Rochester, having recently purchased a home with her boyfriend whom she met in dental school. Outside of the dental office, Dr. Pollitt enjoys traveling, cooking, attending concerts, and her two cats, Zeus and Hera. She's eager to explore Rochester and welcomes any recommendations of things to do, see, and eat.
